SwiftPave Kerb System

Installed directly onto the road surface, TMP SwiftPave has been proven to dramatically reduce installation times and costs of traditional traffic islands and build-outs.

With 6 kerb and 14 infill block variants available, TMP SwiftPave allows a wide range of standard and site specific layouts to be rapidly installed, including refuges, roundabouts and gateways.

TMP SwiftPave Kerb System

 

Kerbs

 

Forming part of the TMP SwiftPave modular system each kerb can be used in combination with the infill blocks to form any required layout.

 

Surface mounted, each kerb is simply fixed to the road surface with 10mm coach screws in addition to adhesive for improved impact resistance.

 

Available in 125mm heights, kerbs can also be laid to create double height refuges.

Infill Blocks

 

Infill & Radius blocks come in 14 variants allowing a wide range of standard and site specific layouts to be rapidly installed.

 

Manufactured from recycled pvc, there is no need for excavation and disposal to a landfill site; there are no quarried aggregates and the cost and increased air pollution resulting from delays at roadworks, are kept to a minimum.

Radius Blocks

 

With a replica tarmacadam surface for a traditional appearance all Radius and Infill blocks can be customised on site to suit special requirements.

 

Simply glued to the road surface, installation of one pair of bollard islands with traditional illuminated bollards and all cabling, can be installed in under 6 hours.

1.3m Traffic Island

 

Complete solution that includes all necessary kerbs and infill blocks to provide a 1.3m traffic island.  Ideally suited for use with all TMP bollards.

2.1m Traffic Island

 

Complete solution that includes all necessary kerbs and infill blocks to provide a 2.1m traffic island.  Ideally suited for use with all non-electrical TMP passively safe traffic bollards.

TMP PermaPave

 

Combining all the benefits of the robust, modular kerb system with an attractive, coloured infill, the TMP PermaPave variant offers additional advantages to engineers.  A site mixed, coloured polymer/aggregate mix is used as the infill behind the kerbs to provide a permanent traffic island that will fit in both urban and rural environments.
